These lovely sterling silver Alpine Gentian flower earrings are so easy to wear and they look simply stunning on!
According to Te Ara (the online encyclopedia of NZ), "many of New Zealand’s 30 species of gentian (Gentianella species) are found in tussock grasslands and alpine herbfields. Pink- and blue-flowered gentians occur on subantarctic islands, but species on the mainland have white flowers, although some have pink-purple veins on their petals, and some populations of mainland gentian have purple-flushed flowers."
They come packed in a beautiful Wildside Gifts jewellery box and the earrings are specially treated with rhodium so that they are slow to tarnish.
